Job Description
MedPlus is hiring Operations Supervisors to oversee sales operations, manpower management, and retail outlet performance.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in retail or pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of multiple retail outlets.
- Ensure achievement of outlet sales targets.
- Manage manpower planning, deployment, and performance.
- Motivate and train outlet staff.
- Handle customer and staff conflicts professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports using MS Office.
Eligibility & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or retail operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline).
- Strong leadership and supervision skills.
- Manpower planning & team management experience.
- Good communication and conflict-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Reports).
Salary
CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹4.6 LPA
