International BPO Voice Process. This role involves handling
international customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent
customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM updates.
- Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
Eligibility & Skills
- 1 – 5 years experience in International BPO / Voice Process.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work rotational & night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge.
