Key Responsibilities
•Handle end-to-end recruitment for international BPO bulk hiring.
•Source & screen candidates as per client requirements.
•Conduct candidate follow-ups & coordinate interviews.
•Assist in campus hiring & recruitment drives.
•Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records & HR reports.
•Support candidate onboarding & induction.
•Coordinate with clients & internal teams.
•Assist with employee engagement & other HR tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
✓Any Graduate — passed out in 2023 or later only.
✓Excellent communication in English (written & verbal).
✓Good interpersonal & organisation skills.
✓Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
✓Laptop is mandatory.
✓Stable broadband / Wi-Fi connection required.
✓Inverter / power backup is mandatory.
✓Comfortable working from home.

1st Month

2nd Month Onwards

Note: the first month is a training stipend. The regular salary of ₹12,300 + incentives starts from the second month.
