Job Description (What You’ll Do)
As an HR Intern at Gravton Motors, you will support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations.
The work is practical and process-driven—meaning you will learn how HR teams handle candidates, documents, and employee lifecycle tasks.
This exposure is very useful if you plan to build a career in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles.
- Support recruitment activities such as screening profiles and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and basic compliance files.
- Help in onboarding coordination and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR data.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
