Job Description
Globiva is hiring Customer Service & Telesales Executives for its Gurgaon office. Candidates will handle inbound & outbound calls, cross-selling, and lead generation with attractive incentives up to ₹30,000.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Convert leads through upselling and cross-selling.
- Provide excellent customer support and query resolution.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain call quality and CRM updates.

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates eligible.
- Good communication in English & Hindi (mandatory).
- Immediate joiners only.
- Ready to work from office.
