About This Walk-In Drive
Cognizant is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for the Order to Cash (OTC/O2C) process in Hyderabad on
21st February 2026. This hiring is for candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience, especially those who have worked in
Finance & Accounting processes like Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Application, Dispute Management,
and customer reconciliation activities.
If you are experienced in AR or OTC and looking for a stable role with structured process and KPIs, this walk-in can be a strong opportunity.
In an OTC role, your focus is on ensuring customer invoices are handled correctly, payments are applied accurately, discrepancies are resolved,
and month-end closing tasks are completed on time. Candidates with SAP knowledge and strong communication skills are preferred, because
you will coordinate with customers/clients and internal stakeholders regularly.

Role Details (OTC / O2C – Accounts Receivable)
The role is focused on Order to Cash, which is a core Accounts Receivable process in Finance & Accounting. Your responsibility is to support
billing-to-collection activities and ensure accurate financial records. Candidates with AR exposure will be a good fit.
Responsibilities
- Customer Master Setup and updates.
- Cash/Payment application and allocation.
- Run dunning reports and follow up for collections.
- Research customer accounts and communicate with customer/client to resolve discrepancies.
- Reconciliation and month-close activities.
- Periodic contract pricing updates.

- Academics: B.Com / M.Com / MBA
- Process: Exposure to F&A (preferably AR / OTC) is preferred
