Job Description
- Achieve store and individual sales targets using all available resources.
- Deliver Adidas Brand Customer Service standards.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador reflecting Adidas values.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively.
- Execute Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
- Process merchandise deliveries and replenish stock.
- Handle billing transactions accurately and minimize losses.
- Collaborate with team members and complete training programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- 12th Pass (Mandatory).
- 1–6 years of experience in retail / fashion / sportswear preferred.
- Basic communication, numeracy, and customer-handling skills.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and customer experience.
