📋Selection Process — 2 Rounds
Conducted remotely. Focuses on coding challenges (Data Structures, Algorithms, Problem Solving) and aptitude. Multiple difficulty levels — difficulty increases for SP L2 and L3 roles. Strong DSA foundation is essential.
In-person technical assessment and interview at a designated Infosys center. Deeper evaluation of problem-solving, conceptual knowledge, and coding ability. Role assignment (which SP level or DSE) is determined based on performance across both rounds.
🎯 Preparation Tips — How to Crack Infosys Off Campus 2026
Practice Arrays, Strings, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs, DP, Greedy, Sorting/Searching on LeetCode, HackerRank, or CodeChef. The coding round is ~3 hours — practice solving 2–3 medium difficulty problems within 60 minutes.
Revise OOPS (Java/Python/C++), DBMS basics (SQL queries, normalization), OS concepts (processes, threads, memory management), computer networks basics. Strong CS fundamentals improve your Round 2 technical interview performance significantly.
