📋 Process Specialist — Role Overview
Handle end-to-end business process operations as assigned by team leads. Maintain accuracy in data processing, documentation, and workflow management. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks for all process tasks.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets. Participate in team huddles, quality feedback sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain professional communication with team and clients.
