Use job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder) to find qualified candidates. Handle end-to-end US engineering recruitment cycle — JD analysis, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer coordination.
Full-cycle US IT recruiting — source IT consultants/candidates using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases. Match candidate skills to client requirements (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, AWS, SAP etc.). Handle offer rollout, rate negotiation, and candidate management. Good knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) required.
