📋Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for domestic IT positions — from JD analysis and requirement intake to offer rollout. Source profiles through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed), internal databases, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic screening, schedule technical and HR interviews, and follow through to offer and onboarding stages.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of domestic IT talent across technology stacks (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data Engineering etc.). Use Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, and other sourcing tools to identify active and passive candidates. Build long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
Coordinate with internal hiring managers and client stakeholders to understand job requirements, skill priorities, and timeline expectations. Provide daily/weekly updates on candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring status. Maintain clear communication with candidates and clients throughout the process to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track recruitment metrics — time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, and interview-to-offer conversion. Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports for the recruitment manager and leadership team.
