📋Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors to Novel Infotech with a warm, professional demeanor. Provide information about courses offered, fee structures, batch timings, and admission procedures. Create a positive and lasting first impression for the institution.
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally. Answer inquiries about courses, fee payments, schedules, and admissions. Transfer calls to the appropriate staff. Maintain a call log and follow up on inquiries that require further action.
Assist in student admission processes — collecting application forms, verifying documents, collecting fees, and issuing receipts. Maintain admission registers and student records. Coordinate with faculty and management for batch allocations and orientation.
Maintain organized records of students, fees, attendance, and communications. Handle office stationery inventory, courier management, and daily administrative tasks. Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the institute.
