Sagility India is hiring experienced professionals from international contact centers (voice process) for their Hyderabad location.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international voice processes.
- Work with US/UK/Australian customers.
- Ensure quality metrics: AHT, FCR, CSAT, NPS.
- Active listening and excellent communication skills.
- Support team operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 4+ years of international voice process experience (Inbound preferred).
- Strong communication & active listening skills.
- Knowledge of BPO metrics (AHT, FCR, NPS, CSAT).
- Experience with US/UK/Australian customers.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
