Job Description

NCR Eduservices Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced HR Recruiter (Work From Home) for its Ed-Tech hiring division. This is a full-time permanent role with Monday–Saturday working.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → selection → onboarding.
• Handle job postings, interview line-ups, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment databases and reports.
• Negotiate salaries and release offer letters.
• Build strong relationships with candidates & internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• MBA / PGDM required.
• Minimum 6 months–1 year experience as HR Recruiter (Ed-Tech preferred).
• Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and able to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office & recruitment tools.
• Females only.

Work Timings

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
