Job Description
Genpact is hiring for **Content Moderation, Chat Support, Voice Support, and Customer Service roles** for their Hyderabad office.
Content Moderation Responsibilities
- Review and moderate content based on guidelines.
- Identify trends, raise red flags, and maintain quality standards.
- Handle sensitive or graphic content with professionalism.
Chat Support Responsibilities
- Handle 3+ chats simultaneously.
- Replicate user issues and escalate bugs.
- Assist with domain, hosting, servers, SSL, email, etc.
Voice Support Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls & resolve queries.
- Perform account recovery and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Except Law).
- Post-graduates not eligible for chat process.
- Freshers and experienced up to 2 years can apply.
- Must speak/read/write Hindi + English.
- Only Work From Office (Hyderabad).
