EAMCET Courses for BiPC Students 2026: The Official List Is Exactly 9 Courses

A BiPC student writes the “AP” category paper — Agriculture & Pharmacy — and it leads to nine professional courses, not twelve and not fifteen. Every figure here was read on 21 October 2026 from the official AP EAPCET 2026 Instruction Booklet (Agriculture, Pharmacy) of JNTU Kakinada for APSCHE.

Quick Snapshot

  • How many courses? Nine — B.Sc. (Ag.), B.Sc. (Hort.), B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.F.Sc., B.Tech. (FST), B.Sc. (CA&BM), B.Pharm., B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) and Pharm-D.
  • Your paper: AP category — Biology 80 + Physics 40 + Chemistry 40 = 160 marks in 3 hours.
  • Negative marking: None. Attempt every question.
  • BiPC exam dates: 19-05-2026 and 20-05-2026. The Engineering stream sits earlier.
  • Last date without late fee: 24-03-2026. Fee Rs.800 / Rs.750 / Rs.700.
  • Your rank: 75% EAPCET normalised marks + 25% your Intermediate marks.
  • Rank-wise course list: AP EAPCET publishes none, and we have not invented one.

EAMCET Courses for BiPC Students — The Complete Official List

Featured Answer

Through AP EAPCET 2026, a BiPC student can get exactly nine courses: B.Sc. (Ag.), B.Sc. (Hort.), B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.F.Sc., B.Tech. (Food Science and Technology), B.Sc. (Commercial Agriculture & Business Management), B.Pharm., B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) and Pharm-D. That is the whole list, from the courses line of the official AP EAPCET 2026 Instruction Booklet for the Agriculture and Pharmacy stream. Nothing else is admitted through the AP category.

The booklet names the courses it governs in one sentence, and that sentence is the limit of what your rank can buy: “for admission into the First Year of Professional Courses i.e. i) B.Sc.(Ag.) / B.Sc.(Hort.) / B.V.Sc. & AH / B.F.Sc. / B.Tech. (FST) / B.Sc.(CA&BM), ii) B.Pharm / B.Tech.(Bio-Technology) (Bi.P.C.) iii) Pharm-D (Bi.P.C.).” Six, plus two, plus one. Nine.

#CourseFull nameWhat the booklet says
1B.Sc. (Ag.)Bachelor of Science in AgricultureAgriculture group; upper age limit applies (section 7)
2B.Sc. (Hort.)Bachelor of Science in HorticultureSame subject and age rules as B.Sc. (Ag.)
3B.V.Sc. & A.H.Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal HusbandryAccepts a Vocational Course in Veterinary Sciences
4B.F.Sc.Bachelor of Fisheries ScienceAccepts a Vocational Course in Fishery Sciences
5B.Tech. (FST)B.Tech Food Science and TechnologyAlso open to Maths + Physical Sciences candidates
6B.Sc. (CA&BM)B.Sc Commercial Agriculture & Business ManagementListed in the first group, with the agriculture courses
7B.Pharm.Bachelor of PharmacyMinimum age 16; no upper age limit
8B.Tech. (Bio-Technology)B.Tech BiotechnologyMarked (Bi.P.C.) — the BiPC intake of the course
9Pharm-DDoctor of PharmacyMarked (Bi.P.C.); a Diploma in Pharmacy route also exists

The nine as four families

Land and crops — B.Sc. (Ag.), B.Sc. (Hort.), B.Sc. (CA&BM); see what the B.Sc Agriculture course involves after admission. Animals and fisheries — B.V.Sc. & A.H. and B.F.Sc., which make room for vocational students.

Technology — B.Tech. (FST) and B.Tech. (Bio-Technology); a BiPC student really can get a B.Tech through EAMCET, as our guide to engineering options open to a BiPC student in 2026 explains. Pharmacy — B.Pharm. and Pharm-D, which also admit MPC students.

The Two Categories: Why BiPC Students Write the “AP” Paper

AP EAPCET is two tests under one notification, and your category decides which courses you can be ranked for.

E category (Engineering)

  • The paper MPC students write
  • Engineering stream courses
  • Held 12-05-2026 to 15-05-2026, and 18-05-2026

AP category (Agriculture & Pharmacy)

  • The paper BiPC students write
  • The nine courses in section 1
  • Held 19-05-2026 to 20-05-2026

The names confuse people: here “AP” does not mean Andhra Pradesh. It means Agriculture and Pharmacy. A notice saying “AP category rank” means the BiPC paper rank.

One rule catches out unusual combinations: “Irrespective of the subjects taken at the qualifying examination, candidates seeking admission to the above courses should appear for Biology, Physics, and Chemistry in AP EAPCET-2026 (AP Category).” Your Intermediate subjects decide which of the nine you are eligible for; they never change the paper.

Two of the nine look like engineering courses for one reason. B.Tech (Bio-Technology) and Pharm-D appear in both streams, and the booklet separates the intakes by writing (Bi.P.C.) beside the BiPC one. That marker is why a BiPC student can hold a B.Tech Biotechnology seat.

The Courses Wrongly Listed as BiPC Everywhere Else

B.Tech (Dairy Technology) and B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering) are not BiPC courses through the AP category

Both names appear on BiPC course lists across the internet, usually slipped in between B.Tech (FST) and B.Tech (Biotechnology) so nobody questions them. On the official AP EAPCET Courses page they sit on the Engineering (E) stream line, and they are absent from the Agriculture and Pharmacy booklet's course list. If you are planning your year around one of them, you are planning around a copied mistake.

Both courses sound agricultural. A parent reading “Dairy Technology” cannot guess that the state classifies it as engineering — but that classification controls admission. Where a course really has a BiPC intake beside an engineering one, the booklet says so with the (Bi.P.C.) marker. These two carry none.

So apply one test to every BiPC course list you read, including this one. Does the course appear in the Agriculture and Pharmacy booklet's own course sentence? If not, your rank does not reach it.

AP EAPCET 2026 Exam Pattern for BiPC — 160 Marks, Half of It Biology

The AP-category paper has 160 questions for 160 marks. How they are divided is the most useful planning fact here.

ElementAP category (the BiPC paper)
Total questions / marks160 questions = 160 marks, 1 mark per question
Biology80 questions — Botany 40 + Zoology 40
Physics40 questions
Chemistry40 questions
Duration3 hours
ModeOnline, Computer Based Test (CBT) only
Question typeObjective, multiple choice, one correct response out of four
Negative markingNone. No deduction for a wrong answer, and none for an unanswered question
MediumEnglish and Telugu only

Biology carries half the paper. Eighty of the 160 marks sit in Botany and Zoology, 40 each; Physics and Chemistry share the other 80. Your rank is won in Botany and Zoology, and lost by treating Physics as somebody else's subject.

The marking rule matters too. With no negative marking, a blank and a wrong answer cost exactly the same. Students carrying a “do not guess” habit from other exams are donating marks. Timed practice fixes that, and our AP EAMCET previous question papers in PDF are the cheapest way to get it.

If you studied in Urdu medium

The paper is set in English and Telugu only. Candidates who studied in Urdu medium and want Urdu translation assistance are allotted a centre at Kurnool only, so that choice decides where you travel. One safeguard: if a Telugu question is ambiguous, the English version is final.

AP EAPCET 2026 Important Dates and Late Fee Slabs

Look at the late fee ladder. Five closing dates, not one. Apply by 24 March 2026 and you pay only the registration fee. Miss it by four days and the extra charge is Rs.1,000; by seventeen days, Rs.10,000 — for the same exam.

Exam day timings

The exam runs in two sessions every day: 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon and 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Across multiple sessions, marks are normalised before ranking — see section 8.

Objections to the key get two days. The preliminary key appears on 23 May 2026 and objections close on 25 May 2026. Each costs Rs.300 per question, refunded only if the objection is valid; the committee's decision is final. Check the key the evening it appears.

Eligibility for Each BiPC Course — Subject Combinations

Four conditions apply to all nine courses, before any course-specific rule.

1

Nationality

Indian nationality, or a PIO or OCI card holder.

2

State and local status

You must belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh and satisfy Local or Non-Local status per the AP Government orders for 2026-27.

3

Qualifying marks

At least 45% in the specified subjects taken together in the qualifying examination — 40% for reserved category candidates.

4

Results awaited is allowed

Students awaiting final year Intermediate results may apply. The rank is valid only if you pass.

The subject combination table — “any two of the subjects”

CourseAccepted subjects at Intermediate (any two)
B.Sc. (Ag.)Physical Science; Biological or Natural Sciences; Agriculture; Vocational Course in Agriculture
B.Sc. (Hort.)Physical Science; Biological or Natural Sciences; Agriculture; Vocational Course in Agriculture
B.V.Sc. & A.H.Physical Sciences; Biological or Natural Sciences; Vocational Courses in Veterinary Sciences
B.F.Sc.Physical Sciences; Biological or Natural Sciences; Vocational Courses in Fishery Sciences
B.Tech. (FS&T)Mathematics + Physical Sciences, OR Physical Sciences + Biological or Natural Sciences
B.Pharmacy and Pharm-DMathematics + Physical Sciences, OR Physical Sciences + Biological or Natural Sciences
What that table really tells you

B.Tech (FS&T), B.Pharmacy and Pharm-D accept Mathematics + Physical Sciences as an alternative. The first four courses do not.

That shapes your competition. For the first four, a Maths student cannot qualify on subjects, so you compete mainly with biology students. For the other three, an MPC student who writes the AP-category paper is eligible too — a wider field for the courses BiPC students assume are theirs alone.

Course-specific qualifying examination rules

  • B.Pharm: Intermediate (10+2) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as options, from the Board of Intermediate Education Andhra Pradesh or an equivalent examination.
  • B.Tech (Bio-Technology): Intermediate (10+2) with Biology, Physics and Chemistry as options.
  • Pharm-D: Intermediate (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology; OR passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma in Pharmacy examination conducted by APSBTET or an equivalent.

That second Pharm-D route matters, because almost nobody tells D.Pharm students about it. A Diploma in Pharmacy holder, or a candidate who has only appeared at the final year, is eligible for Pharm-D without the Intermediate route. Weighing diploma against degree? Read how B.Pharm and D.Pharm actually differ.

Age Limits Differ by Course — Check Before You Apply

This is the trap that costs a whole year. The age rule is not the same for all nine courses — there are two, and the gap between them is enormous.

RuleB.V.Sc. & A.H., B.Sc. (Ag.), B.Sc. (Hort.), B.F.Sc., B.Tech. (FS&T)B.Pharm
Minimum ageCompleted 17 years as of 31 December 2026Completed 16 years by the date admission commences, or another date notified by the CET committee
Upper age limit22 years as of 31 December 2026No upper age limit
Upper limit for SC / ST25 years as of 31 December 2026No upper age limit

Work one example before you plan a repeat year

A general-category BiPC student who turns 23 before 31 December 2026 is out of the running for B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.Sc. (Ag.), B.Sc. (Hort.), B.F.Sc. and B.Tech. (FS&T), where the limit is 22, or 25 for SC and ST. The same student can sit the same paper and take B.Pharm, which has no upper age limit at all.

So “am I too old for EAMCET?” has no single answer. Check your date of birth against 31 December 2026 before deciding on a drop year, because that date can quietly delete five of your nine options.

The minimum age differs too: 17 years as of 31 December 2026 for the five agriculture-group courses, but 16 years by the date admissions commence for B.Pharm. Read the rule for your own course, not a generic “EAMCET age limit” figure.

How Your EAMCET Rank Is Actually Calculated

The 75 : 25 rule

Your AP EAPCET rank is not your exam mark. Ranks are assigned in order of merit on a weighted total: 75% weightage to your EAPCET normalised marks and 25% weightage to your 10+2 marks. So a quarter of your rank is your Intermediate board result — decided before you walk into the exam hall.

The Intermediate public exam is not a formality on the way to EAMCET; it is a quarter of the rank that decides your seat. Plan board and entrance preparation as one project, starting with the AP Inter exam pattern and time table for first and second year.

Why your marks are “normalised”

Because the test runs in two sessions a day across several days, no two candidates answer the same paper. Marks are therefore normalised before ranking, so a harder session is not punished; the method is in the official Normalisation Procedure document linked below.

Qualifying marks and the SC / ST relaxation

  • The qualifying mark is 25% of the maximum marks considered for ranking.
  • For SC and ST candidates, no minimum qualifying mark is prescribed. Their admission is limited to the extent of seats reserved for those categories, under G.O.Ms.No.179, LEN&TE, dated 16.06.1986.
  • A rank obtained using that relaxation is cancelled if the category claim is invalid at admission. Get the caste certificate right first.

The rank is valid only for 2026-2027 and only for the courses mentioned in your application form — no carry-forward, no adding a course later. The rank card is downloaded from cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

Counselling is a separate process with its own certificate checks and web options. The exam Convener does not allot seats — the Commissioner of Technical Education, Andhra Pradesh is the Convener for Admissions. See our AP EAPCET counselling process guide.

“EAMCET Courses for BiPC Rank Wise” — Why That List Does Not Exist

This is one of the most common BiPC searches, and it deserves a straight answer, not a table of guesses. AP EAPCET does not publish course-wise rank cutoffs with its results. We have no verified cutoff data, and we will not print estimates for you to plan a future on.

What students expectWhat is actually published
A single “BiPC rank wise course list” released with the resultsDoes not exist. No course-wise cutoff is published alongside the AP EAPCET result
One cutoff number per courseA last-rank statement and college-wise allotment report, released on the counselling portal after each phase of counselling
One list for everybodyThose reports are split per phase, per category (OC / BC / SC / ST), per region (AU / SVU / SW) and per gender

Read that last row again. The rank that wins a seat changes with the phase, your category, your region and your gender — and again next year with the number of applicants. Five variables cannot be compressed into one tidy list. Any site showing a clean “BiPC rank wise course list” is estimating, whether it says so or not.

What to do instead. Use the previous year's last-rank statement for your own category and region as a rough guide, not a promise. The reports sit on the counselling portal at eapcet-sche.aptonline.in, switched on only while a phase is live. Our AP and TS EAMCET cutoff tracker for 2026 labels every figure for what it is.

The booklet's own warning, in its own words

“Mere appearance and qualifying at AP EAPCET-2026 do not confer any right for admission into professional courses.”

Qualifying gets you a rank. The rank gets you into counselling. Counselling gets you a seat. Three steps, and only the first is finished when you leave the exam hall.

Registration Fee, Documents and How to Apply

Applications are online only, and the order surprises people: paying the registration fee is step one, the form comes after it.

CategoryRegistration fee
Open / OCRs.800
BCRs.750
SC / STRs.700

Payment is online only — credit card, debit card, net banking, AP Online and similar channels. The late fee slabs in section 5 are charged on top of it.

Keep these ready before you open the form

Numbers and identity

  • Hall ticket number of the qualifying examination (Intermediate)
  • Hall ticket number of SSC or equivalent
  • Date of birth
  • Aadhaar number

Certificates and particulars

  • Caste certificate for SC, ST and BC candidates
  • PH, NCC and Sports particulars where applicable
  • Income certificate — declared as Up to One Lakh, Up to Two Lakhs, or More than Two Lakhs
  • Ration card
  • Study or residence certificate, or the relevant proof

Preserve the filled application form, the hall ticket and the rank card — all three are checked later. And the hall ticket, available from 28 April 2026 on the official AP EAPCET website, also comes through Mana Mitra, the WhatsApp Governance service.

Taking Both the Engineering and Agriculture Papers

A candidate eligible for both streams can write both. It is a useful option that gets missed every year — but it must be chosen correctly in the form.

Choose the combined option, not two separate ones

An E-category candidate who also wants the AP-category test must select the option “Both (E & AP Category)” together in the online application form. That is what gets the same test centre allotted for both tests. If it is not chosen, different centres may be allotted, and the Convener is not responsible.

The Engineering paper runs 12 to 15 May and on 18 May; the BiPC paper on 19 and 20 May. Two centres in two districts means travel, lodging and an exhausted candidate in the year's most important week.

One application per category — no more

A candidate must submit not more than one application per category. If more than one is submitted for the same category, the Convener may reject all of them. Never file a fresh application to fix an error — use the correction window of 11 to 13 April 2026.

Test Centres and Exam Day Rules

Courses BiPC Students Cannot Get Through EAMCET

Much of what a BiPC student dreams about is not an EAMCET matter at all. That is not bad news — just a different door and a different form.

MBBS, BDS and AYUSH are through NEET, not EAMCET

MBBS, BDS and the AYUSH courses are not admitted through EAMCET. They go through NEET (UG); nothing in the booklet covers them, which is why MBBS never appears on the nine-course list. For a government medical seat, see our list of government medical colleges and how NEET admission works.

B.Sc. Nursing, paramedical and allied health

B.Sc. Nursing, paramedical and allied-health courses are admitted through their own state routes, not the AP-category list — a parallel system with its own notifications, explained in our B.Sc Nursing course guide.

Plain B.Sc. degrees need no entrance test

General B.Sc. degree courses — Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology — are degree-college admissions and need no entrance test. Worth saying to a student who thinks a low rank closes everything.

And engineering without EAMCET

Some B.Tech programmes in Andhra Pradesh also admit without the state entrance test, mapped in our guide to B.Tech admission without EAMCET in AP.

The honest framing

EAPCET's AP category is the door to nine professional courses and nothing more. Everything else is a different door with a different key. We would rather give you nine verified courses than twenty-five vague ones.

TG EAPCET for Telangana Students

If you are a Telangana student, the exam above is not yours. Your equivalent is TG EAPCET, conducted under the Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE), whose agriculture and pharmacy stream covers the same course families.

Beyond that we stop. This page publishes no TG EAPCET 2026 dates, no TG course list and no TG cutoffs, because we could not confirm them against the official notification — it is a scanned image and the TG portal could not be read. A guessed date is worse than no date. Read the notification at tgche.ac.in and follow our coverage of TS EAMCET 2026.

Still deciding what to do after Intermediate?

These nine courses are the EAMCET answer, not the whole question. For the wider picture, read our overview of career options after Inter BiPC in 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions

BiPC students EAMCET lo enni courses unnai?

Exactly nine: B.Sc. (Ag.), B.Sc. (Hort.), B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.F.Sc., B.Tech. (FST), B.Sc. (CA&BM), B.Pharm., B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) and Pharm-D. That list comes from the official AP EAPCET 2026 Instruction Booklet for the Agriculture and Pharmacy stream. Any longer list includes Engineering-stream courses.

Which course is best after EAMCET for BiPC students?

There is no single best course, and we will not rank the nine, because the answer depends on your rank, category, region and age. Two hard filters help. Above the upper age limit of 22 years, or 25 for SC and ST, as of 31 December 2026, the five agriculture-group courses close while B.Pharm has none. And B.Tech. (FS&T), B.Pharm and Pharm-D also admit Mathematics plus Physical Sciences candidates, so competition includes MPC students.

Is there an EAMCET courses for BiPC rank wise list?

No. AP EAPCET does not publish course-wise rank cutoffs with its results, and we have deliberately not published estimated ones. The only official rank data is the last-rank statement released on the counselling portal after each phase, split per phase, per category, per region and per gender. So a single rank-wise list cannot exist.

Can a BiPC student write the Engineering (E) category paper?

A candidate eligible for both streams can write both, but it must be selected correctly. The booklet requires you to choose the option Both (E and AP Category) together in the application form, so the same centre is allotted for both tests. If you do not, different centres may be allotted and the Convener is not responsible.

AP EAPCET lo negative marking unda for BiPC students?

No. There is no negative marking in AP EAPCET 2026, and no deduction for unanswered questions. The AP category paper carries 160 questions for 160 marks, one mark each, one correct response out of four. Because a blank and a wrong answer cost the same, leave none of the 160 unattempted.

What is the last date for AP EAPCET 2026?

The last date without a late fee is 24-03-2026. Then four late fee slabs: 28-03-2026 with Rs.1,000, 01-04-2026 with Rs.2,000, 06-04-2026 with Rs.4,000 and 10-04-2026 with Rs.10,000. Applications open on 04-02-2026, corrections run from 11-04-2026 to 13-04-2026, and hall tickets download from 28-04-2026.

Can a BiPC student get B.Tech through EAMCET?

Yes, two of them. B.Tech. (Food Science and Technology) is in the agriculture group of the AP category list, and B.Tech. (Bio-Technology) carries the marker Bi.P.C. for its BiPC intake. But B.Tech (Dairy Technology) and B.Tech (Agricultural Engineering) sit on the Engineering stream line of the official courses page, so they are not BiPC courses through the AP category.

BiPC tarvata EAMCET lekunda courses emi unnai?

Several, and they are different doors, not lesser ones. MBBS, BDS and AYUSH are admitted through NEET (UG), not the AP EAPCET booklet. B.Sc. Nursing, paramedical and allied health courses go through their own state routes. General B.Sc. degree courses need no entrance test. The AP category covers its nine professional courses only.
