Job Description
Foundever is hiring International Voice Process Associates for their Hyderabad location. Candidates will provide voice-based support to global customers in a fast-paced international BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international customer calls
- Resolve customer queries related to products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction with first-call resolution
- Provide accurate information to customers

- 10+2 qualification (Graduation not mandatory)
- Freshers & experienced candidates eligible
- Excellent English communication skills required
