Job Description
Amazon is hiring Virtual Customer Service Associates (Work From Home – Delhi) to support its mission of being Earth’s most customer-centric company.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will prevent issues, solve queries and delight customers across phone, chat and email channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Amazon customers via phone, chat and/or email.
- Handle queries related to orders, products, payments, deliveries and website navigation.
- Use multiple tools and systems to research, navigate and resolve customer issues.
- Take ownership of customer problems and provide accurate, complete solutions.
- Prevent potential issues by proactively understanding customer needs.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience without using fixed scripts.
Work Schedule & Environment
- Variable shift schedule between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- Includes overnight, weekend and national holiday shifts based on business need.
- Work From Home with a quiet, distraction-free workspace (desk & chair required).
- Must be comfortable working in a high-energy, multi-tasking environment.
