AP: ap.meeseva.gov.in | TS: ts.meeseva.telangana.gov.in. Click on New User Registration or Sign Up button on the homepage.
Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number. An OTP will be sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile number. Enter the OTP to verify your identity.
Fill your name, email ID, create a password, and set a security question. Your basic details are auto-filled from Aadhaar — verify and confirm them.
Submit the form. You will receive a confirmation on your mobile and email. Your MeeSeva account is now active — login and start applying for any certificate or service.

🔍 How to Check Application Status on MeeSeva
Visit your state's MeeSeva portal and login with your registered mobile number and password or Aadhaar OTP.
Click on Track Status or My Applications in the dashboard. You can see all your pending and completed applications.
Enter your Application / Transaction Number that was given after submission. The current status — Pending, Under Verification, Approved, or Rejected — will be displayed.
Once status shows Approved, click Download Certificate. The digitally signed PDF is legally valid and can be used for all official purposes.
