Job Description

IntouchCX is hiring Customer Service Associates for an International Non-Voice Gaming Support process. Candidates will manage player issues via Email & Discord and assist with game-related troubleshooting and feature support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to player queries through Email & Discord.
• Troubleshoot technical/gameplay issues.
• Explain game features, functionalities & updates.
• Provide recommendations and resolve user concerns.
• Document actions and escalate issues when required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet KPIs (AHT, FRT, CSAT).

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience (mandatory).
• Excellent written English skills.
• Knowledge of MMORPG gaming communities (preferred).
• Basic understanding of Web3 / Blockchain is a plus.
• Ability to multitask & stay calm under pressure.
• Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (including weekends).
• Must clear background verification.
