Job Description
Cognizant is hiring Arabic language professionals for its International Voice Process. The role involves moderation
of listings, maintaining SLA/TAT, ensuring high accuracy, and delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Moderate listings with more than 98% accuracy.
- Ensure tasks are completed within SLA/TAT timelines.
- Track and improve individual performance metrics.
- Update accurate information on map platforms.
- Ensure zero customer escalations and high satisfaction.
Eligibility & Skills
- Education: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate
- Experience: Freshers & 0–1 Year
- Fluency in Arabic (Reading & Speaking)
- Good knowledge of English & Hindi
- Basic computer & MS Office skills
- Typing speed: 30 WPM (preferred)
- Knowledge of Google Maps & Geography
- Flexible to work shifts
