Key Responsibilities

  • Receive patients with care and guide them on consultant availability, appointment time, and OPD flow.
  • Collect consultation and registration fees as per hospital norms and issue receipts.

  • Enter patient data accurately and clarify details with patients in case of doubt.
  • Guide patients as per payment mode; direct credit patients to the Credit OP counter.
  • Issue hospital card with registration number and payment receipt.
  • Maintain awareness of consultant tariff and OPD billing rules.
