  • Enter patient data accurately and clarify details with patients in case of doubt.
  • Guide patients as per payment mode; direct credit patients to the Credit OP counter.
  • Issue hospital card with registration number and payment receipt.
  • Maintain awareness of consultant tariff and OPD billing rules.

Skills Required

  • OPD / Front Office experience in hospitals
  • Patient relations and communication skills
  • Basic billing and registration process knowledge
  • Attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to manage patients during peak hours
