VIEW is conducting a Walk-In Interview to hire experienced and qualified faculty for its CSE, IT, and MCA departments across three cadres: Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor.

📋 Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality lectures, practical sessions, and lab work in CSE/IT/MCA subjects. Prepare course materials, question papers, and evaluation schemes. Mentor students academically and for placements. Senior faculty take responsibility for curriculum design and department strategic planning.
Publish research papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Apply for research grants (AICTE, DST, SERB). Guide students in final year projects and post-graduation dissertations. Professors and Associate Professors are expected to guide Ph.D students and lead departmental research initiatives.
Participate in NAAC/NBA accreditation activities, examination duties, and board of studies meetings. Handle student counseling, attendance monitoring, and grievance redressal. Senior faculty may hold HOD, Dean, or coordination roles in addition to teaching.
