- Answer customer queries via calls & emails
- Technical troubleshooting & resolution
- Ticketing via ITSM tools
- Active Directory, O365, Windows Support
- VPN, Citrix, Hardware & Network Troubleshooting
- Remote Desktop & Mobile Troubleshooting
Requirements
- 0–5 years of Technical Support experience (International Voice only)
- Excellent English communication
- 24×7 rotational shifts (US Night Shifts)
- Immediate Joiners preferred
