Job Description
Tech Mahindra is hiring enthusiastic candidates for Service Desk Technical Support (International Voice) roles at their Bahadurpally, Hyderabad location.
The role involves handling international customer queries, resolving technical issues, and providing high-quality support via voice and other channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 / L2 technical support via international voice (calls) and emails.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows OS, O365, VPN, Citrix, hardware and network.
- Use ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, CA Service Desk for ticketing.
- Handle Active Directory tasks – user management, password reset, account unlock.
- Support Microsoft Office and O365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.).
- Perform remote troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, mobiles and printers.
- Work on antivirus, patch management and basic SCCM-related tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation of all incidents and service requests.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet SLAs and quality targets.
Requirements
- Freshers (not pursuing studies) and experienced candidates with 0–5 years in international technical support.
- Excellent communication skills in English (voice process).
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational night shifts.
- Work from office – Bahadurpally location.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Basic knowledge of common technical issues and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of ITIL processes is an added advantage.
