Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring enthusiastic candidates for the role of Customer Support Associate – Voice Process at their Visakhapatnam campus.
This is a 100% Work From Office opportunity where you will handle customer queries over voice calls and provide effective resolutions while ensuring excellent customer experience.

  • Customer Support Associate – Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound / outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by following quality and process guidelines.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system / CRM tools.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet performance metrics.
  • Work in 24/7 rotational shifts as per business requirements.
  • Communicate clearly in English and ensure a customer-friendly approach.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+2 (Intermediate) or 3-year Diploma.
  • Fresher & experienced candidates can apply.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
  • No planned leaves for the first 3 months after joining.
  • Comfortable with a 9-hour shift (8 hours work + 1 hour break).
  • Customer-oriented mindset with patience and problem-solving attitude.
