Job Responsibilities
As a Full-Time Dentist, you will handle general dental procedures and deliver quality patient care. You are expected to diagnose,
create treatment plans, execute procedures safely, and maintain clinical documentation. The clinic also expects strong hygiene compliance
and a patient-first communication approach.
- Examine patients and diagnose dental conditions using clinical evaluation and appropriate investigations.
- Perform general dental procedures such as RCT, extractions, scaling, polishing, and basic restorative work.
- Develop and explain treatment plans, including procedure steps, cost factors, and timelines.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-procedure instructions.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, treatment notes, and consent documentation.
- Follow infection control, sterilization protocols, and clinic safety standards strictly.
- Work collaboratively with the clinic team to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality outcomes.
