SRI Tech Solutions is hiring experienced Technical Recruiters – US Process to join its growing team in
Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the US recruitment lifecycle and IT staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates.
- Understand US hiring compliance and documentation.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
Eligibility & Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment cycle & sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Experience with W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models
