Job Description
R1 RCM is hiring B.Pharma graduates for its healthcare revenue cycle management operations in Noida. Candidates will work on US medical billing processes and payer rejections.
Key Responsibilities
- Process US medical billing accounts within defined TAT.
- Handle payer rejections with accuracy.
- Work in a 24×7 rotating shift environment.
- Use MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint for reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good healthcare & insurance domain knowledge.
- Understanding of Medicare & Medicaid preferred.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Good communication (written & verbal).
- Undergraduates must have minimum 12 months experience.
- Non-healthcare experience must be under 24 months.
