📋Roles & Responsibilities
Dispense prescribed medications accurately and safely. Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and interactions. Maintain stock, expiry monitoring, and proper storage of medicines. Handle prescription verification, billing, and regulatory compliance (PCI norms). Achieve daily sales targets and manage inventory effectively.
Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medicines, managing stock, and serving customers. Handle billing, cash management, and customer queries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy store. Support inventory counts, purchase orders, and supplier coordination. Achieve daily sales targets as per store requirements.
Serve customers at the MedPlus store front-end — greet, guide, and assist in finding medicines and healthcare products. Handle billing and cash counter operations. Assist with stock replenishment and store display maintenance. Build customer loyalty through excellent service. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Visit MedPlus stores in your assigned area to conduct stock and billing audits. Verify inventory records, check for discrepancies, and submit audit reports. Daily allowance: ₹250 per day (field travel). Gross salary: ₹13,500 PM. Freshers with SSC/Inter qualification eligible. Good with numbers and attention to detail required.
