Understand customer travel requirements and design customized domestic and international holiday packages. Present itineraries, handle package pricing, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and flight coordination. Follow up with leads, convert inquiries to bookings, and ensure complete customer satisfaction from planning to travel completion.

Note: Strong knowledge of both domestic and international holiday packages is mandatory (e.g., Kerala, Rajasthan, Goa, Europe, Southeast Asia, Dubai packages).
