📋 Roles & Responsibilities
Handle outpatient (OP) billing at KIMS Hospitals Kondapur. Accurately generate OP bills for consultations, diagnostics, and procedures. Collect payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily cash and card collections. Coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and billing accuracy.
Counsel patients and families on hospital billing, treatment costs, payment plans, and insurance/TPA claim processes. Assist patients in understanding their financial obligations, health insurance coverage, and cashless treatment procedures. Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, and the finance team to ensure timely claim submission and payment. Handle patient queries empathetically.
