Job Description

Karya.cloud is hiring experienced Product Support Specialists to provide L1/L2
support for cloud-based SaaS products. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, managing support
tickets, and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 product and application support.
  • Troubleshoot cloud & SaaS-based issues.
  • Manage tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering & product teams.
  • Create documentation, FAQs, and reports.

Skills & Eligibility

  • 1–4 years experience in Product/Application Support.
  • Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred).
  • SQL, API debugging, ticket management.
  • Strong customer communication skills.
