About This Job
IntouchCX is hiring experienced and customer-oriented professionals for an International Chat Process in Hyderabad.
This is a non-voice role where you will handle customer queries via chat and provide timely, accurate resolutions while maintaining high service standards.
The job typically involves handling multiple chats simultaneously, following defined quality guidelines, and meeting KPIs such as CSAT, Quality, and Productivity.
This role is best suited for candidates who already have at least 6 months of experience in International Chat Support (mandatory requirement),
have strong written English skills, and can work night shifts. If you are looking to grow in the BPO sector, International chat support can

Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
As a Chat Support Executive, your main goal is to resolve customer queries quickly and correctly while maintaining quality standards.
You will work on inbound and outbound chat interactions and update customer cases in CRM systems. In most international support roles,
response time, resolution rate, quality audits, and customer satisfaction scores are critical.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via chat support.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently with a customer-first approach.
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve KPIs (CSAT, Quality, Productivity).
- Document and update customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex cases to the concerned team when required.
Eligibility & Required Skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months experience in International Chat Process (Mandatory).
- Typing speed 30 WPM+ with good accuracy.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Flexible to work in night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and multitasking ability.
