Job Description

Infinite is hiring Customer Support Executives in Visakhapatnam. The role involves handling customer interactions across multiple channels, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or suitable solutions.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the root cause.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams when required.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues and support process improvements.
• Meet performance targets related to response time, CSAT, and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Empathy and a customer-first approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is an advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency and good typing skills.
