Job Description
Hexaware Technologies is hiring candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Trade Accounting, Fund Accounting, and Middle Office Operations. Candidates must be available for the Hyderabad walk-in.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Trade accounting & operations: street & admin reconciliations (cash & position)
- Swap MTM reconciliation
- Trade settlements, trade affirmation & confirmation
- OTC cash settlements
- Fund accounting: NAV calculation, hedge fund operations
- Middle office: trade booking, corporate actions, asset classes understanding
- Knowledge of listed, fixed income, OTC & derivatives
- Fund & investor allocations: capital bookings, commitments, P&L allocation
- Management fee & incentive fee calculations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Location: Hyderabad (or willing to attend walk-in)
- Strong knowledge of trade / fund accounting processes
