General Requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal + written).
- Experience working with US clients and fast-paced requirements.
- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
- Willingness to work On-site.
- US IT Recruiters: State client exposure is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US-based client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, and follow-ups with clients/account managers.
- Negotiate rates, confirm availability, and manage onboarding documentation.
- Maintain strong vendor/client relationships and candidate pipeline.
- Meet recruitment targets and KPIs (submissions, interviews, closures).
- Update trackers/ATS regularly and ensure compliance documentation.
