- Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).

Preferred Profile:Candidates who maintain strong submission/interview ratios, handle multiple priorities, and consistently meet KPIs will be shortlisted faster.
Job Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US-based client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, and follow-ups with clients/account managers.
- Negotiate rates, confirm availability, and manage onboarding documentation.
- Maintain strong vendor/client relationships and candidate pipeline.
- Meet recruitment targets and KPIs (submissions, interviews, closures).
- Update trackers/ATS regularly and ensure compliance documentation.
Recruiter Tip:Keep your resume updated with your domain (IT/Healthcare), sourcing channels, VMS experience, best closures, and current notice period. Mention state client exposure if applicable.
