Foundever is urgently hiring International Voice Process Associates to support global customers.
The role involves providing high-quality customer service through inbound/outbound calls during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries via voice support.
• Resolve complaints and issues with first-call resolution.
• Provide accurate product and service information.
• Maintain professional communication standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers & experienced candidates (0–5 years).
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduation not mandatory).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
