Job Description
Firstsource is hiring enthusiastic freshers for the position of Customer Support Associate (CSA)
in the International Non-Voice Healthcare Process. This role is ideal for candidates who want to start
their career in the ITES/BPO industry with a reputed organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle healthcare-related customer queries through non-voice channels (email/chat/data processing).
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
- Maintain high quality and productivity standards.
- Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet SLA targets.
Key Skills Required
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Good listening and comprehension abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only Arts & Science UG graduates are eligible (No arrears).
- Post Graduates, B.E / B.Tech / MBA candidates are not eligible.
- Only freshers can apply (other field experience not eligible).
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
