📋 Roles & Responsibilities — Process Associate (Proctor)
Manage the complete exam lifecycle virtually — Start-Up, submission, and log-out of a test taker's exam in accordance with each client's exam rules. Supervise the examination for the entire period and document all sessions accurately in the database. Ensure 100% exam integrity and compliance with client standards.
Interview test takers with required documentation before exam start. Validate and verify the identity of the test taker using official ID proofs. Assist test takers to complete all prerequisites of the exam before the session begins.
Serve as the liaison between Operations staff and test takers to resolve disconnect issues arising from internet connectivity, video, audio, or other technical problems during the exam. Report technical issues during sessions to the technical support team promptly. Log all Active Interventions for company-level reporting.
Provide excellent customer service to test takers and clients using the business-provided customer support tools — including live chat and email support. Respond to test taker queries professionally and ensure resolution within defined SLA timelines.
Supervise the investigation of any alleged breach of Disciplinary Regulations for test takers. Document exam incidents accurately in the system. Participate in weekly review meetings. Maintain confidentiality of all exam-related information and client data at all times.
