▸ Proctor online exams virtually — manage start-up, submission, and log-out of test takers per client rules
▸ Serve as liaison between Operations staff and test takers to resolve connectivity, video, or audio issues
▸ Validate and verify identity of test takers and assist with exam prerequisites
▸ Log active interventions and supervise investigation of any disciplinary breaches
▸ Supervise and document exam sessions throughout the entire examination period
▸ Provide excellent customer service via chat and email support tools
▸ Report technical issues to the support team and participate in weekly review meetings
