Floor Manager
- Manage daily showroom operations and staff
- Ensure sales targets and service quality
- Handle customer escalations
- Coordinate inventory and displays
Billing / Cashiers
- Handle billing, invoicing & transactions
- Maintain accurate sales and cash records
Customer Receivers (CRE)
- Welcome customers and guide them
- Coordinate with sales staff
Sales Team
- Assist customers in jewellery selection
- Explain designs, pricing & offers
- Achieve sales targets
