Job Description

Edge Business Solutions is hiring an HR Executive and Recruiter to join their team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Source candidates from job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain recruitment databases.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and provide a positive experience.
  • Help with recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with job boards, ATS, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail in managing candidate data and job postings.
