Job Description – Order to Cash (OTC SME)
- Customer Master Setup and Updates
- Cash and Payment Application
- Run Dunning Reports
- Research customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Reconciliation and month-end close activities
- Periodic contract pricing updates
Eligibility & Key Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- 4–8 years of experience in Order to Cash / F&A processes
- Good verbal & written communication
- Knowledge of SAP application preferred
- Strong customer/client focus
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Visual Basic / Macro skills (added advantage)
