Computer Generated Solutions (CGS) is hiring candidates for International Technical Voice & Chat Process.
This role involves providing technical support and customer assistance to international clients via calls and chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound international customer calls and chat support.
- Resolve technical issues efficiently with high accuracy.
- Maintain excellent customer experience standards.
- Follow communication and compliance guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
- International Voice / Chat experience preferred.
- Education: 10+2 / Any Graduation.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts.
- Work From Office – Hyderabad.
