Job Description

Telephone Operator

  • Handle incoming & outgoing customer calls
  • Schedule appointments and maintain call records
  • Provide basic information on products and offers

Customer Relation Executive

  • Welcome customers and understand requirements
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction

Sales Executive

  • Assist customers in jewellery selection
  • Explain product features, pricing, and schemes
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain showroom display standards

Business Development Officer

  • Drive showroom footfall and customer acquisition
  • Plan promotional and outreach activities
  • Support sales growth initiatives

EducationIntermediate (10+2) / Any Graduate
