Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive patient footfall for OPD, IPD, diagnostics & health check-ups
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Develop corporate & insurance partnerships

Relationship Management

  • Build referral network with doctors & clinics
  • Coordinate with TPAs & corporates for empanelments

Team Leadership

  • Train and mentor sales executives
  • Monitor CRM activities & conversion metrics

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track ROI & referral volumes
  • Maintain CRM & MIS data reporting
