Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive patient footfall for OPD, IPD, diagnostics & health check-ups
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Develop corporate & insurance partnerships
Relationship Management
- Build referral network with doctors & clinics
- Coordinate with TPAs & corporates for empanelments
Team Leadership
- Train and mentor sales executives
- Monitor CRM activities & conversion metrics
Reporting & Analytics
- Track ROI & referral volumes
- Maintain CRM & MIS data reporting
