They are now looking for a proactive US IT Recruiter with strong communication skills and 4–8 years of end-to-end US recruitment experience, based in Visakhapatnam or Hyderabad.
💼 Job Responsibilities
▸Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for US clients and requirements
▸Source and screen qualified candidates using job portals and networks
▸Coordinate with US-based stakeholders and hiring managers
▸Handle fast-paced hiring cycles and meet recruitment targets
▸Maintain candidate pipeline and track hiring progress
▸Demonstrate basic technical understanding for screening IT roles
🧠 Required Skills & Profile
✅ Ideal Candidate
✔4–8 years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience
✔Strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder management skills
✔Excellent communication for US stakeholder interaction
✔Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
✔Experience working on US requirements is a strong plus
✔Available to join immediately from Vizag or Hyderabad
