Job Description
ADP is conducting a walk-in drive for experienced professionals in
International Voice Support. The role involves handling complex US/UK customer interactions
with a strong focus on service quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls (US / UK).
- Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Meet KPIs like CSAT, AHT & First Call Resolution.
- Ensure quality, compliance & data security standards.
- Support team members and assist in mentoring (for senior profiles).
Required Skills
- 2–7 years experience in International Voice Process.
- Excellent English communication (Neutral / American accent).
- Strong problem-solving & customer handling skills.
- Willingness to work in night / rotational shifts.
- Any Graduate qualification.
